What Is The MOQ For Your Wholesale Order?

If I Provide My Sketches/Design, Can You Sign An NDA With Me To Protect My Design?

Of course, we will take every measure to ensure the utmost protection of our clients’ information, especially the design files you provide. If necessary, we are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you to ensure that your files will not be shared with other clients and your products will not be sold to anyone else.

Can I Get Samples?

Certainly, we typically provide samples free of charge. However, there may be a fee for custom designs. The sample fee can be refunded when your order reaches a certain quantity.

What Format Of The File Do You Need If I Want My Own Design?

We have our designers. So JPG, AI, CDR, PDF and others are accepted. We can make 3D drawing for molds or printing screen for your final confirmation based on techniques.

What Is Your Payment Term and Shipping?

The order amount is small and product wholesale supports online payment.Usually we prefer 30% T/T deposit, for sample costs, PayPal are accepted.

How Long Is The Production Lead Time?

If you choose to customize only the logo and packaging for our best-selling and new products, the lead time is 20 days. For other products, the lead time is 60 days. However, for OEM projects, the lead time will be determined based on the specifics of the project.

What Certifications can Your Products Pass?
